DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! We reserved a bus a few weeks ago for a Bachelorette party and they followed up a week before with confirmation and even pictures of the bus. On the day of the event, they did not show up!! We called and left messages and even went by their location in Santa Rosa to speak with someone. It's a mail box center not an actual office.... This Charter Service went out of business a month ago according to a group closing up loose ends for them now. The company did not inform clients. They did not show up for our school field trip and phone numbers were disconnected. This trip was confirmed around 3 weeks ago. Very poor business practice.
RecommendedWe had a fabulous time and the the Sprinter Van was very fancy! We will be using them again!
They were so late for our group event we had to cancel and now they won't respond to us or provide a refund--even though they told us we would not be charged. Apparently our driver called in sick, which happens, but they lied to us multiple times about how far away they were. In the end we had to drive ourselves in multiple vehicles and we missed the first event.
My experience the day of was good, but afterwards they overcharged my credit card by $10,000. I have contacted them numerous time, but still no response and no credit to my card. It has been over two weeks. I wouldn't trust them!
I rented a limo for my son's prom. The service was excellent. The driver was well groomed and professional. The limo was well stocked and clean. Very happy with the service that was provided. A+ rating in my book. Don't hesitate to do business with Executive Charters. You'll be very happy.
I've used this company numerous times and they've always sent us a great driver, with a top notch limo/bus. I see no reason why I would use any other company. Thank you, Executive Charters!!
