Wash isn't working but took my money
My favorite washes are this one and their location on Harding. Dryers are great and anytime I see the staff there, they are so nice and helpful!
I went into the touchfree section after paying $14 for a wash. I ended up not receiving the wash at all because the system shut down/ malfunctioned. This is very upsetting because when I tried calling, no one was able to pick up the phone. Not having any staff available to even answer the phone to help is insane to me. Waste of money … no wonder there was no line on a day like today
Got the $12 car wash today. The rinse and soap beginning didn't even work. Looks like the wash wand is broken or something. Soap just formed on the wand and never landed on vehicle.
