Stay away of the automatic car wash. Yikes!
Machine ate 4 bucks, didn't work, nobody there to help out
This is hands down the worst car wash I have ever been to. I live 3 minutes away from this car wash but end up driving 15 minutes to a different car wash that actually works. Here is my experience every time I try to use this car wash: - I put my credit card in. I wait. I vacationed in stowe. Credit card machines junk. Car wash horrible. Called number for assistance. Spoke with owner. Told him I paid by credit card but machine never activated. No attendees present at site. He said he'd speak with bookkeeper and take care of charge. I went through machine once more. It activated but did horrible job missed entire front bumper, bugs still caked on. Returned to massachasuttes and realized I was charged 3 times for one car wash. If you’re looking for a car wash that works maybe 10% of the time—and the other 90% just takes your money while the screen spins, double or triple charges you, and never actually lets you through the wash—then boy, are you in the right place. I’ve had to call and request checks to be mailed back to me more than once, creating even more hassle. Then I checked my credit card statement and found I’d been billed twice for a service I never received. Tried calling the number? It’s disconnected. It’s a racket. Avoid at all costs.
