Avoid. The amount of times I have been charged 2-3 times without even receiving a car wash is insane! It has been years of this issue with no resolution. The number for support doesn’t even work. Can only imagine how much extra money they are pocketing from unknowing patrons being double charged by their faulty reader.
Came here today to wash my jeep + for some reason the machine the card machine was giving me trouble. I didn’t have cash + a man named Chip who happened to be there was super kind. I didn’t even search him out. He reset the machine and when it still wouldn’t take my card he allowed me to Venmo him the $ for the wash and used cash from his own wallet so I could go through. 10/10 experience. + saved me from having to go to either an atm or another car wash. Thank you chip!
Hi Executive Care, I tried to call your number but it is disconnected. Nice car wash but the rotating LED red, purple, green, blue lights continue all night long and shine into my window, disrupting my sleep (I live nearby and yes I do have curtains). This sounds like a silly message, but the blinking LED lights are maddening in the middle of the night. Go elsewhere...card reader does not work and my same credit card worked as expected next door at the gas station and at the adjacent grocery store and everywhere else I use it. I called my bank to verify my card was declined by the card reader and not by my bank.
