I wish I could leave more than one review. Everytime I go in here, it's a refreshing experience, kind, friendly, no bs, give you the straight on what's going on with your car. He's even sent me out the door telling me what part to order and that I could do it myself!
Great, honest, and helpful! Bill, the owner, stopped what he was doing when I pulled up and helped me right away. I'd been working on an issue with my car starting for some time, and he let me know that I could replace my starter, and told me to bring it back if that didn't work. He didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need, he just wanted to help. I'll definitely be going back for all future auto needs!
I highly recommend Executive Automotive Services, owned by Bill. He recently changed the oil on my car and went above and beyond by noticing an alignment issue and replacing a car mat that posed a safety risk. When I picked up my car, it was thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed, and washed. Bill is friendly, knowledgeable, and a mechanic I truly trust. His attention to detail and exceptional service make him my go-to for automotive care.
