I had just purchased a vintage 2010 Camaro V6 and it was running a little rough and needed some cosmetic repair too. There was a new shop in our neighborhood just next to Topic RV Park that was convenient so I gave them a try. Devell wanted me to leave it for diagnostic tests and he would make a plan. Ive never had a more transparent or honest experience with a mechanic. Latch is a full-transparency business owner with a huge emphasis on integrity and honesty. He makes sacrifices for his customers knowing that will bring them back time and time again. He sat with me and built a plan on how to keep this old hunk of junk car running for as long as possible at as low a cost as possible, only recommending what is absolutely needed to keep the car running safely. Working with Latch was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. He continuously promised me over and over that my car would be ready by the end of the week, but he had my car for 2 months. He continuously promised that he would call me, and then did not, and then didn't answer when I called him. Almost every time I was supposed to pick my car up, I found out an hour before it was not ready, still. So he'd make another promise that it would be done by the end of the day, or the next day, and then wouldn't reach out to m... read more
