Working with Latch was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. He continuously promised me over and over that my car would be ready by the end of the week, but he had my car for 2 months. He continuously promised that he would call me, and then did not, and then didn't answer when I called him. He is dishonest man and will ask u to replace the things that is not even needed. Also the cost is too high. 3 times more than other automatic. He will never pick up the call once u do the payment He has most of the reviews that are fake and paid promotions. So go at your own risk.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would because the service I received deserves more than 5 stars! Latchman (Latch) is the owner and he went above and beyond with his communication on what was going on and where they were at in fixing my vehicle. And if I needed to contact him for any reason, he was very easy to reach. When receiving my car back, I was shocked at how clean it was!!
