My wife and I have been customers for many years and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Not many shops are as thorough as Executive Auto. I took my Tacoma to another highly rated shop for years before finding Executive. The repairs done at the other shop were good however that's all they were, just repairs. For example, the struts had well over 100,000 miles on them but because they weren't showing any outward signs of failure I was never informed that they were well beyond their useful life.
