MICE! MICE EVERYWHERE! The Freebird Restaurant has great staff that give incredible service but the mice that were running under our table and along the walls during dinner was enough to turn us off. Multiple mice in the hallways of the hotel as well. This building needs to be inspected by somebody because it's a health hazard.

This property looked better in the pictures. There are other locations around the greater Vancouver area and I believe the pictures of the suite I rented actually belonged to the downtown Vancouver location and not the Richmond location that we booked. I prefer if hotels post real photos. Even the picture of the outside of the hotel online is not accurate and clearly was from better days or photoshopped. We were a late check in after a long day of travel to get there and the room we got was horrible. It looked like something... read more
If i could give zero stars...I would.
Terrible!!! Room door lock was broken, the shower had hair on the walls and there were spider webs up in the corners of the ceilings.
