What an amazing job they did on our water bottles. Much better than we even imagined! I love that everything was up front and they sent digital proofs. We will order from them again!
I am a repeat customer. The product is exactly what I need and the printing looks fine. Preparing and shipping my order was fast. I am only disappointed in the setup fee, they used to not charge it, and since I order the same product each time, I was surprised by it. I am still happy and will continue to order here.

I expressed to my account manager on 4 separate occasions the importance of having my package arrive on time at a specific date. I would check in to make sure that we were on track to have it delivered on time; I even paid extra to have it expedited. After various confirmations, my package did not arrive on time because they forgot to add overnight shipping. Disappointed and will not be a returning customer.
