Attended a local competition here and as someone who has done several around the area, this was one of the most well run and professional gyms I’ve visited. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean and organized equipment and ample parking. Perks include connection to a therapy business and a wrestling mat in the back! Highly recommend this gym if you live in the area.
The CrossFit Kids classes at Execution Athletics have been wonderful for my 10 year old daughter!! She really enjoys learning technique and form, the challenge of the workouts, and the awesome coaches and other kids! As an adult watching the adult CrossFit class going on at the same time as the Kids class, it’s obviously a supportive, fun environment for everyone to grow stronger physically and mentally. I can’t wait to join too!
Execution Athletics has been a fun and positive experience. Everyone has been welcoming and supportive. The coaches are very knowledgeable, kind, and patient (especially if you are new to CrossFit, they take the time to break down the movements and this is very helpful). A very tight fitness family that seem to genuinely care about one another.
