The pilots arrived nearly an hour late with no communication, no accountability, and no apology. Food had been ready since 7am. Guests had been waiting at the FBO for close to an hour. We took off at 9:21am. The aircraft had non-functioning screens, no flight map, no WiFi, dripping AC, and when a guest asked the pilot a simple question about Bluetooth he responded condescendingly.
