Booked a sedan to pick us up from the airport and noted that we had 2 suitcases and a duffel bag to pick up from the luggage claim before we would be ready to go. I then received 6 - yes 6 - calls within less than 1 hour about my reservation. Upon calling back, after being put on hold repeatedly, they tell me that my reservation was "flagged" because a sedan (which they describe as having capacity for 3 bags) couldn't hold 2 suitcases. Ordered car service for my two daughters (27 & 19) who flew in to Denver for a concert. I don't trust U*** or L***, especially since the flight landed at almost 9:00 pm. The driver kept in touch with them once they landed to make sure they knew where he was at all times when they disembarked and while they got their luggage. They arrived safely to the hotel. I am confident the return trip to the airport will be just as professional. Would highly recommend.

I am currently filing a dispute for the charge. I have called every number that I could find, to include the numbers on both of my confirmations and nobody answers the phone. I was supposed to get picked up at 8:25 in the morning and almost missed my flight because the driver never showed up!! I ended up having to pay for airport parking. Worst company ever.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Just as I was boarding my flight, I received a TEXT MESSAGE simply stating (without any apology or offer to assist) that there were no cars available and my reservation to take me to my hotel at night was cancelled. I had booked a month in advance!! It also did not say whether my return trip was still booked (see the text message), and it looked like it was cancelled. If I could give less than one star I would. worthless company canceled four pick ups for a convention I’ll because they were too early in the morning they were rude on the telephone and six hours before the pick up they just sent text messages canceling the pick up. Therefore the CEO of our company and the president had no transportation to the airport his suggestion was to have them take a shuttle ....nice
