I booked a car noting that this included a wheelchair for my 100 year old grandmother. The driver had an attitude upon arrival that he didn’t know we had a wheelchair. My mom also shared that my grandmother would need to sit in the front because of her legs, he was not happy about this either. He was more concerned about the wheelchair damaging his car than anything. He put a towel to protect his car and asked my 100 year old grandmother to hold it while driving to avoid damaging his car.
