Terrible Catering company! He will only take your order if you spend a lot of money. The website said you could make changes 24 hours in advance. When I didn't need as much food as I originally thought he canceled on me! His customer service practices will send this business down the drain! I also just heard from a friend that the food was low quality!! Beware if you think about ordering food from this company!
Exec Chef did not disappoint! We had a small wedding group on the books and had a last minute change two days before our scheduled catering which forced us to change dates due to inclement weather. (Our wedding was scheduled to take place outside). I was a complete mess and very stressed but Pat and Melody were quick to respond with a solution that alleviated our dilemma. Had a great experience with exec chef!! I'm sad to say I have no photos of the food... the photographers were too busy eating! But I used exec chef for my wedding because Tampa Bay yacht charters recommended it. We ordered the sliders, crab cakes, stuffed mushrooms, salmon zucchini rolls, Buffalo chicken bites, and brownie bites. Everything was delicious! DO NOT USE! They completely STOLE $500 from us without providing any food or service! We made the deposit with ExecChef before our wedding and had to reschedule due to COVID-19. We even agreed to their lame excuse that they needed to hold our deposit and raise their prices, without telling us what these new prices would be. STAY FAR AWAY from this company!!! Unless you want to have to find another caterer 2 weeks before your wedding and lose the $500 deposit that was paid almost a year in advance! These people totally flaked out on my sister and brother-in-law’s wedding a few weeks before their big day!
