I can't express in words how grateful I am. After the hardest year of my life and being unable to work for the last 8 months, I was very concerned about finding a place that would approve me. Bruce not only helped us get approved, but worked with our timeline and advocated for us when faced with extra charges. The leasing office never returned any of my calls while I lived there. I called about parking and for general questions several times and never heard back. I only got a call from them when another tenant with my same first name called the police and they wanted more info about what happened. They called the wrong person and didn’t realize. They then never sent me back my deposit (>60 days) and I had to threaten to take them to court to get my deposit back. The only good thing were the maintenance guys. Take 2 weeks to respond and a property is rented. Lazy and unprofessional. I do sales and make 100 calls a day and I'm courteous enough to respond to people.
