Spent $193 on my hair. I was displeased with the highlight color and root “tap” that I did not want. Stylist stated my highlights bled and she had to do the root tap. Asked if she could fix it. She said she could for additional money. Both managers said they could fix it for more money. I already paid almost $200 for hair I do not like. Extremely disappointed and now I’m broke.
I paid $185 to do color and haircut, I came home with black roots and orange highlights not to mention stains on my face from the color. I asked them to please to correct my hair and they told me that it will be an additional charge. All I got was a hair color the way it was before. The experience and service from customer service, was unprofessional and not even an apology. They wanted more money to correct their mistake. I purposely booked April after the massage I had with her last month. It wasn’t until I was in the massage room that Emily showed up. I would have rescheduled had I had known. Worst massage I have ever experienced. Awful. I work at a hotel and restaurant down the street. I refer hundreds of people here. Never again. I left feeling like I needed another massage. RecommendedI had a Hydrofacial with Amanda. It was relaxing and my skin looks AMAZING! Amanda was fantastic, friendly and I already have my next facial booked with her. I have always loved the services at Excuria, never a bad experience.

I arrived early and was brought upstairs to the waiting room for my facial appointment. After waiting 20 min after my scheduled appointment time and no one came out, I went downstairs and told them I was no longer interested in waiting any longer. Cannot comment on actual service. Very disappointed.
