I called several times between Thursday and Wednesday and left a voicemail. On Wednesday, I stopped by in person while I was in the area, but the door was locked. The online booking link isn’t working, and the website chat feature is also unresponsive. I initially tried to be patient, but the lack of communication and accessibility has been frustrating.
