Exclusively Hybrid was very quick in getting by Hybrid battery to me for my 2007 Toyota Prius. The car is running beautifully with the new battery. Alex was very quick at responding and helping me get the information I needed. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their hybrid battery.
Avoid this shop. We’ve had two batteries replaced here, and both failed in about a year. When the second one died, they would not honor their “warranty,” blaming humidity for the issues. They charged us $300 to recharge the bad battery, then quoted another $1,240 for a new battery and $647 for spark plugs and coils. We ended up paying the $300 plus tax to recharge and had to tow the car to another shop.
