Taking the car apart was easy and getting the battery out. Went well. I should have bagged all the parts and label them. The car started up and cleaned all codes and is working great. I had help with the install because I could not lift the battery pack.
Alex was quick and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier with the quality job he did. He kept me informed about the work through out the whole process. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a replacement battery and a quality installation.
I ordered a new battery for my 2013 Toyota Prius and they drove 2 and a half hours to me to install. Was on time and only took approx an hour. Very professional and cars doing great and price and warranty are fantastic. I highly recommend Exclusively Hybrid for all your Hybrid battery needs.
