Greatest trainer, very knowledgeable and professional who really cares about her clients needs and goals.
Definitely a gym where u get everything u need
This is the best gym I've ever joined. It's for women only and the owner, Antrice, is an amazing trainer and motivator. Each lady has a different story and reason for being there and the results are amazing. One lady had an injured knee and she could barely walk 10 feet and now she walks over 2 miles. Any woman who is serious about losing weight, getting it together mentally or needs help learning and understanding how to eat healthy should definitely check out this gym.
