I was treated rudely by the receptionist,I heard her making rude comments about me to the stylist. I felt I was treated like a second class citizen. I thought when one goes to a salon they should feel better about themselves not worst.Never ever will go back.I guess upscale mean if you are not wearing designer and you work hard for a living you are treated like crap.
