I visited this office to see Dr. Bachstein. His assistant took a 3D xray without letting me know it was not covered by my insurance. I would have never let her take the xray. This is fraudulent and I will be filing a complaint.
I had my very first root canal yesterday with Dr. Liss and I cannot begin to rave enough about her and her staff! The front desk Woman was extremely patient and kind, Dr. Liss was the same, made sure I was okay as I was sobbing coming in, I was TERRIFIED. The nurses were also excellent. I will never go to another place again. I wish i could leave 10 stars! Thank you SO SO SO much for taking care of me.
