Took my cat here for the first time today for a routine check-up and vaccinations. I've never been so impressed with a veterinary office before. My cat was very thoroughly checked over and they spent time with me going over her history, past vet records, preventative medication, and anything else I could think of. After the exam I went to pay the bill and was surprised with a gift bag from the office, including a cat nip toy that my cat hasn't stopped playing with since we got home. We recently moved to the area and I was very nervous about finding a new vet for my furbaby. He has been with the same vet for the last 15 years. I was very happy with both the facility and the staff. They took very good care of my kitty and I immediately felt welcome. Dr. Demos & the staff at EC have impressed me since I first met them. They helped save and heal my baby kittens when I first adopted them. They answered all of my helicopter Mom questions for months without making me feel crazy and recently when one of the litter-mates had an unexpected episode and died, they talked to me on the phone for a very long time comforting and helping me, they fit me in right away to see my other baby to make sure he was healthy, and have continued to be nothing but knowledgeable and compassionate.... read more
