The experience overall was absolutely excellent and it actually took them 45 minutes to do both my two front windows. My only disappointment was that I was quoted one price and then when I got there, it was $23 more when I asked her she said that your Mercedes cost more to do the process. This should’ve been mentioned to me when I dropped off my car, although she did work with me and reduce the price by $10 that day I even had a good friend of mine go in and have it done
