I tried to give this shop a second chance but I will not be returning. I asked questions about my hair since I'm learning and my question was dodged each time. They stack appointments on top of each other so your stylist will run out of time for you and have you passed on to someone else. Upon entering things didn't smell too great which kind of put me off. It was my first time and I booked for a first time appointment for $85 on the website. I was charged $34 when I scheduled which was all good. The appointment overall was okay. I got six cornrows which came out crooked which was unfortunate but since they were for under a wig its okay. Exclusive is just an amazing space, the ambiance is so unique and relaxing. The consideration with your hair, judgement free zone is so refreshing. I’ve been going here for years and i still get blown away with the service and staff every time. 💕
