We had an amazing stay in one of Kevin's units! The unit itself was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city. Communication with Kevin was easy and reliable — he answered questions quickly and made sure everything went smoothly with our trip. The building staff were welcoming and helpful, and we loved being able to use the pool, gym, and patio, which added a lot to our stay. Kevin provided a great experience for my parents during the 2 months they stayed in Chicago. The apartment was clean, furnished with everything they needed, in a great location and amazing view. The building amenities are also top notch and were a positive surprise when they moved in.

I spent 6 months at 30E Huron. Kevin was terrific, always answered and took care of any issue that occured. The apt was nice, the view incredible, the gym facilities, pool and bbq is great. Really enjoyed my time there.
