So I took both of my kids here a couple of times. Ellie does a great job with my one son so no complaints with her at all. But my other son goes to Orlando. Well I booked an apt on Booksy the next available one I could find was on July 4th, which wasn’t a big deal with was early afternoon and we had no plans until later. I arrived 10 min. in advance for my 1:15 appointment. Although the barbers clearly saw me arriving and sitting down, I waited for 20 min. and no one came to receive me. The people were laughing loudly, goofing around, having a great time. So great, the floor was let dirty, filled with wrinkled toilet paper and tufts of beard/hair. It looked disgusting. I decided to leave. Not a good experience.
