Love the service itself…however, the drop off procedure, not so much. Keypad is worn…and when you finally call & just get voicemail with now a tractor trailer pulled up tight behind you, it becomes just a little frustrating. Can’t go forward…can’t go back.
Great a bit tricky intercom drop off but once you figure it out all good!
Supposed to call at the entrance but call box was so dirty that I could not tell which button was which. Called their number but just got a message to call later. Still have not been able to drop off the bag for shredding.
