First time experience when everything was so smooth and fair. Thanks to Leny!
Had bedroom tiles pop due to structural shifting, several emails during course of tenancy and nothing actioned or fixed. Issue spanned the course of 6 months. Maintenance guy came out to assess, pulled tiles up and that was the last we heard from him. Zero communication or concern from realtor. Morale of the story if there is an issue don’t just raise it and wait. I’ll be pressing for a solution, I pay you a lot of money every week to live in a good standards
Agents are really friendly and helpful, they’re also very responsive and ensure that requests are met and things are done on time. Claudia helped me throughout the application process and she’s been very helpful and professional throughout, thank you Claudia and the team!
Went through the process with Aiden, he made me feel confident, happy and everything went smooth got my apartment, application and process was smooth, 10/10 best real estate I have ever dealt with, 10/10 highly recommend Aiden
