SUPER disappointed with this "luxury" rental company. Would not recommend or rent from them again. We understand that things break and unexpected issues happen. If this had been one or two isolated problems, we probably could have moved past it. But it felt like there was a constant stream of maintenance issues, repairs, and people coming to the house throughout our stay. We were genuinely surprised by our experience with Exclusive Properties regarding a home. Friends of ours booked the property for a week-long stay because their schedules unexpectedly aligned. After booking, they learned that, because it was a same-day reservation, they would need to appear in person before 5:30 p.m. to verify they were who they said they were. We had the most incredible stay with Exclusive Properties. After a horrible experience with Charleston Coast Vacations we made a last minute switch over to EP and we are so thankful we did! Karen in the front office was absolutely wonderful. She sympathized with us and offered to help right away. Friendly, welcoming, helpful! Barbados was our home for the celebration of our 50th Wedding Anniversary. All aspects of the house, and property, exceeded the expectations of our family of eighteen. The house was exceptionally clean, and furnished appropriately for the number of guests. The kitchen was well stocked with extensive cookware and dinnerware. Having two refrigerators, ice maker, microwave, gourmet oven, grill, etc. was very effective in providing cooked meals for the family.
