John and his team are 1st class. I had a fantastic experience with outfitting two vans I brought them. My Sprinter van turned out exactly as I envisioned. Glen in the shop was patient and listen to all my requests, and went above and beyond with all of the specific custom mods for my van. I can’t recommend them enough. Ron the owner has one of the worst customer services ive experience wouldnt come to this shop at all they recommend it to me but this is a waste of time if you tell old man you buy cars he wont do any work 🤣 old guy just knows who to hustle and who not to hustle out goodluck bad customer service grow up and take customers with respect and integrity

I wanted to thank Ray for talking to me on the phone about the M276 and M157 engines reliability. I almost dropped 52k on a 2018 AMG GLE63 and he mentioned that they need a custom welded tow hitch to be installed if it didn't come with one from the factory. Decided not to buy it from the dealer. He has over 35 years experience working with Mercedes and is very knowledgeable. Btw get your transmission service done here cause they flush the system the proper way! Thank you!
