This is one of the best maid services in Boston! It's very formal and the maids employed do their jobs on time. They do not waste time, and while the ones that had arrived for me were friendly, they preferred to not waste their own or our time- and timeliness and efficiency is a big A+ in my book. The customer service is kind and talks to customers respectfully and like human beings- and these days, that sometimes really isn't a given.
