I used them several times this year and were good until today. I arrived at jfk June 3. I had my triple a contaxt Pam from Norwalk Ct double check and confirm. She did. When my international flight arrived I had no contact from the driver. I cleared customs and got my luggage and called the office. The owner told me maybe my phone is blocked or my van phone isn’t working. No text from driver received. I called owner again. He said he is outside. Great where. ? Guaranteed on time ,nice cars, polite drivers,and low rates...we always use Exclusive... Every trip has been great,and they have been in Ct. since 1994. it's frustrating to find out that most of the other companies advertising in Ct. are virtual companies from other counties who buy local phone numbers,and have fake web-sites for every city. You can call the Ct. Dept of Transportation to find out who these phony companies are. You are safe with Exclusive.
