The owner of Exclusive Kitchens and More, Alex Gardner is a crook. He cashed my deposit and never showed up for the job, never answer or return emails. His mother, Carmen Basking who works for the business as well is not an angel either. I had to hire a Collection Company and start chasing these clowns. Very sad to see such behaviour in such a prosperous economic time.

Dan Patton and his team are very professional. They were flexible and easy to work with. They made sure we stayed on budget and our kitchen remodel turned out better than expected!

Exclusive kitchens has been wonderful to work with - Dan is very professional and helped us out when our contractor put in the wrong granite and told us we would never find what we were looking for! Exclusive Kitchens had what we were looking for and had it installed within 2 weeks, looking forward to our next project with them!

Horrible company Do NOT think about giving these shisters your bath or kitchen remodel jobs. Unfortunately I did and regret it. They lied about pulling the permit. They didn't get the permit and the job was shut down for 3 weeks waiting on it. The wrong bottom cabinets were ordered and they never took responsibility. The sub contractors stole from the condo. When I told the absentee owner about this and showed him the police report he blew it off. I have many more complaints about EK, too many to write! Move on to the next c... read more

Nice sales people. Spent $40k+, so they have the resources, even though it took 8 weeks rather than the 4 weeks they promised. Granite and cabinetry good, other subs poor, especially the plumbers. Rather than subject myself to their excuses, I had to call in a plumber and fix a lingering problem. There was a more extensive plumbing issue I was not willing to pay for myself, so I called Exclusive.
