Pushy and horrendous service ended up with a ring I did not want because they made sure to be on grabbing my woman's card as fast as it hit the counter even as I told them no!

We have purchased jewelry from this store several times and have always been very pleased. Good customer service, and nice variety of unique and beautiful items! We will be back.
My husband got sucked into buying a half put together chain from this place $374 he spent; it is not worth it, poor quality. They will not take it back and refund the money, they will only exchange. Why would I exchange from a place that sells shoddy material. Just amazing they can get by with this.
