I would certainly recommend this establishment and here is why, I went in Exclussive Jewelers with a set budget and not a clue what I wanted the jeweler spent a good hour with me showing me different affordable fine jewelry 14k gold, diamonds, pearls and more. I was scammed out of 800 dollars. Was promised 18k and it was not. Fiance broke out in a rash for the fake plating. Do not go here. Absolutely a scam and no refunds.

The employees, especially the elderly gentleman who now only works from home, are always gracious. The prices for watch repair/battery replacement are always fair. A great family-owned atmosphere.
