The employees, especially the elderly gentleman who now only works from home, are always gracious. The prices for watch repair/battery replacement are always fair. A great family-owned atmosphere.
I took a ring in for repair. Someone told me very matter of fact that it would cost about $30. I agreed, as the rings value was only $100. After numerous calls to find out if the repair was done , I went in to an $80 bill. I am very unhappy and feel like I was treated very unprofessionally. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS JEWELERY STORE.

Would not recommend. I showed up at 4:40, after I called and said I was coming now, and the one young girl in there said they are closed. Wouldn't buy my ring, and lied about her phone call with me. Terrible service
