I will highly recommend this company. When my father was in hospice the nurses were very attentive to his needs. They not only ensured my dad's needs were met, they also were very helpful to us, his family. If we had questions, they would listen and answer without rushing. Before they would leave they made sure my dad's needs had been taken care of. After my dad passed, they reached out and informed us of their grief counseling services. This place is very unprofessional, the staff has a sense of entitlement. A heavy set man was very rude, condescending, and would not let the nursing staff speak to us. Apparently that is THEIR BOSS! How can our community let this man be in charge of the elderly? Definitely would not use!
My family and I are very pleased with this place, and every interaction we've had with staff and management have been very good! I trust them to take care of my loved ones.
