Unprofessional, nasty stylist. Texted me the day before if I could move my appointment to later time, when I said I couldn’t, she texted and said “no worries see you tomorrow”. She then proceeds to cancel my appointment “via email”, never texting or calling. When I show up, she is doing Knotless braids and acts like she doesn’t know who I am. I had to call the police to get my refund. Very ghetto
Reniee does such an amazing job every time I get my hair done. She's patient, gentle, and my hair has grown so much because of her.
