BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE – My wife and I say the commerical for Hilton Furniture and after 6 years with the same mattress, we decided it was about time for a new one. We did the application online that same night. The next day we got a call from Tim who said we were approved and to go down there and pick out what we wanted. Doug is the best ever......Period!!!! – I have been to Hilton 4 times now and every single time doug takes care of me so much so that I took my elderly mother there after my dad passed to get a new bedroom set, he treated her like a queen!!!!! I will be eternally grateful for that. I contine to send my friends and colleageus there and they come cack to me and say the same thing. Also, Jason is such a professional its scary......Dont see mack, star,ashley,rooms....SEE DOUG!!!!!!

Great people at Hilton Furniture – Had a great experience @ Hilton Furniture. Herman and T. Mack made my purchase of a new memory foam mattress and box spring an A-1 experience. Best furniture store in Harris county! – We went to look at beds, we were just shopping around and didn't intend to buy right then. The quality, price and staff were just to good to pass. The service was excellent, Flo and Herman were the best! They were extremely helpful and friendly, but were not pushy. They made you feel like you were dealing with friends not salesmen. Herman was the nicest, polite young man.I could have shopped all of Harris County and not found a better deal or better service!!

Hilton Furniture is the Best!!!! – I just purchased a dresser from your salesman, Mario. Although it was only the dresser and not the whole bedroom set, he went out of his way to give me the best deal possible. He was very pleasant and polite. I had been looking for a dresser for my granddaughter at your competitors. 1 of them supposedly had such a “great” moving sale, but the price was triple compared to the great deal Mario gave me and that’s a fact Jack! Thank you, Mario, for your great customer service!
