Customer service seemed great at first but they are difficult to reach and avoidant after installing our vinyl plank flooring incorrectly. In addition we were charged for flooring and installation for two existing rooms that were never discussed, measured, or refloored; and they apparently changed their minds about tiling a small stairwell that was full of construction debris when they originally tiled the lanai. We recently purchased a condo in Whispering Oaks, Carrollwood. We fell in love with the engineered hardwood floors on the bottom level. We disliked the carpeting on the stairs and second level.
