I had a very disappointing experience with Exclusive Facials and Lashes. I originally purchased a Groupon for a facial, and Quantia suggested that I request a refund because Groupon takes a large percentage of the payment. She told me that if I got the refund, she would honor the same price directly and include a complimentary LED Light Therapy session. First time at Exclusive Facials. Amazing service! Quantia was so great, she explained what she was doing to us and made sure we felt comfortable. My face feels very refreshed and hydrated. Will come back again :)
