Above all, stay away and find another cleaner. The one star is for the employees, which were very friendly even though they ruined my clothes. The owner, on the other hand, doesn't even deserve one star. He is the nasty, older bald man and yes, he is just as miserable as he looks. First, I was mischarged by almost $20.
