Terrible experience. I asked for a small adjustment to my 13-year-old brother's haircut, and the barber's response was shocking. He refused, saying 'I'm the boss here' and 'next time, tell me exactly how you want it.' When I pointed out that good customer service involves minor adjustments, he told us 'don't come here again.' He then charged us $35, $10 more than the typical price for a child. His arrogance and rudeness are unacceptable. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place."
Highlights, shampoo condition, cut - blow out and style. Husband wife were very nice. She did a great job - my daughter was very happy with the service and professionalism. We found a new place for hair.
Walk in waited for a long time just forthe man to tell me he can only do buzz cuts !!!!! Very dissatisfied!!
