Working with the ECH team was easy. Rick offered us several design options and we were even able to make last minute changes the day before demo. Rick kept us informed with regular status updates and in some cases were ahead of schedule. Working with the interior designer, Jennifer, was a pleasure. Both Rick Lindbeck and Matt set the tone from the very start, no gimmicks or pushy sales. They took the time to listen to what our vision, needs and hopes were on all our projects. They took our input and gave us several different options moving forward. The presentations were professional and pressure free. I can not say enough good things about Rick and Matt. It’s taken me so long to write this review because words can not express our gratitude to them for the amazing home remodel and addition that they did for us. We were blown away with the level of professionalism of Rick and Matt. They are both very knowledgeable about their respective profession as well as the latest industry advances. The trades that they had come to our home were polite, professional and impressively knowledgeable. Highly recommend! We will use them again.
