Worst service I’ve ever had. Bathroom is falling to bits a year down the line and the way it was installed was disgusting. It will without doubt have to ripped out and start again. Absolutely horrific company. Avoid at all costs I’m £5000 down with a bathroom I can’t use. I refused to pay the remaining £1600 and thank god i did. Absolutely disgusting AVOID AVOID AVOID
Horrendous experience from start to finish, with the work taking 2 months rather then the 2 weeks promised. Workmen often only showed up for a couple of hours a day or not at all with no explanation or apology. The customer service was appalling and incredibly stressful. Multiple mistakes were made that I had to ask about on several occasions before they were fixed with some not being fixed at all leading to me paying someone else. Would not recommend this company at all.
Elusive not Exclusive. Promised to fix my bathroom problems if I took down my 3 star review, which I did, promised to have it done by last Tuesday. Unfortunately another week has passed and still no one has turned up to fix the problems with the shower fit the flipper panel to stop the water splashing all over the bathroom floor each time we use the shower.
