1/16/26 at 7:44 am This man was on the block of 75th street and 97th ave Bus 709 is rude and has road rage There was another car pulling off slowly and the bus driver started cursing out the window. My husband told the driver to calm down that he was going to get to his destination. The driver proceeded to curse and told him he was going to get off the bus to fight him. Great,Caring & Professional Staff
Bus 707 just cut us off without a turn signal. We had to slam on the breaks with a baby in the car. Tried calling to report but no answer. Bus drivers need to be more thoroughly checked.
Judging by previous reviews this is how this company operates. Driver blocked a one way street when there is plenty of room to pull over and pickup clients. This is a school block and multiple school buses piled behind the vehicle, some sticking into cross traffic. When asked to pull over driver is extremely hostile and confrontational. Have encountered the same driver on the same street on multiple occasions. I wouldn't trust them to pickup my laundry never mind a person with disabilities.
Very rude and unprofessional drivers ! They block the crosswalk for pedestrians to cross the street even when the light is red for cars. Edit: Just bc I wrote the review on Sunday doesn’t mean I experienced this on Sunday, it was actually Saturday. And no, it wasn’t for “safety”. Your driver was at a red light btwn 76 and 77 st/rockaway blvd meaning they were within feet of the location.
