This is my second time to order from Exciting Windows. Both times were wonderful!!! Orders were in and installed ahead of schedule, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I was kept informed of delivery time and a post installed phone call was made to see if I had any issues or comments. Susan’s customer service is exceptional!!! Everyone involved were so kind and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company.
We are extremely happy with our blinds throughout our home. Amy was very thorough and patient from start to finish. She took time to help us decide which type of blinds by getting to know us and our needs. She was professional and knowledgeable. Rob who installed our blinds was detailed, conscientious, professional and skilled. The blinds are gorgeous and of excellent quality. We highly recommend this company. Super people to work with!!

I enjoyed my experience with Exciting Windows by Susan. Amy was my designer. She is knowledgeable, patient and very easy and enjoyable to work with. Amy will put in the effort to check out every possible option. She takes time to learn what you have in mind and gives good advice as to what would be the best option. There are plenty of fabric and shade options for each room in a home. I am completely satisfied and happy with my drapes and shades.
