Excite Health and Fitness lead by trainer Chris has been an essential part of my routine for 3 years now. The variety of workout structures target the whole body and keep me motivated. Flexibility in working out in the gym or at home works perfectly for me. The best part is that the training and support make a massive difference to how I feel and function both physically and mentally. Highly recommended.

I have been training at excite for 8 years. Chris encourages you to achieve your fitness goals. There are lots of sessions available. Morning and evening Everyone is very friendly and respectable I highly recommended.
I was encouraged to join Excite after chatting with another member in the coffee queue - I am so glad I did! Chris has taken me from strength to strength with the ICE & FIRE programs. I'm fitter stronger and have a great bunch of friends too.
