This is a kind of bank that makes you feel like you're unimportant! Plus tons of other disadvantages compared to my other credit union. You can't even do SIMPLE things like name your account for the tellers so that the tellers can see which one is which by name instead of trying to remember the actual numbers for the tellers. So, when I signed up, they gave me nothing! I found out that if I went to Star One, I would have got $200 that my friend told me about after the fact, my mistake. Let me tell you dolev and Emily at your branch have been serving me sence the day they came aboard at this branch I wish I could take them every were with me they always have a smile and get me to smile with there kindness I don't recall them ever showing on there faces an upset look and you know what I mean some customers I've seen give them a bit of a hard time I've seen it and I look at dolev and also Emily and if that was me I would have hid in the back but they keep the fun and smile to this building please don't let th... read more
The staff here are always polite. Levi and Emily are always so helpful. They are an awesome group.
It would be -5 stars if possible... ive been with this company for over 3 years and my car payments are less than 4 hundred, when I called they told me my payments are supposed to be $500 + and that it's my fault trying to shift it towards them, when they clearly failed to tell me it was higher for over a year but they didn't say nothing even tho I called every month to make each payment. Ended up paying 690 just for 1 month. Very little help and bad attitude from customer service. (DONT GET NOTHING FROM EXITE)
