The only thing I dislike about this bank is when your trying to pay off your account they won't take payments larger then 2500.00 forcing you to make more daily payments + interest charges good luck paying off your account early on line or over the phone
Their customer service sucks. Naomi in particular. Her demeanor is always that of frustration and anger. So what if the payment is a little late. Everyone has hardships. A little empathy can go a long way. Nevermind trying to say hi to her. Her 52 second phone call was enough to bring me here for a review. I answered "Hi Naomi" in a happy, friendly tone. 458 isn’t 500
This branch is horrible. It’s under renovations and i was lead to believe that it had an ATM so I took the bus there from work so I can deposit cash and their temporary work place doesn’t even have an ATM! I can’t even deposit at other credit union atms like I was lead to believe. I hope things improve
