Pass on loans from this bank. Make you pay for forms "required" up front $1000 Please DON'T waste your time & money.
Puting a hold on checks for multiple weeks is not a bank i want having MY MONEY
I am a satisfied customer and they have good customer service. I highly recommend this bank.
My debit card has been compromised 3 times in 6 months, and it is only used at ATMs for withdrawals. Nothing else. I am well aware of vulnerabilities associated with outdoor ATMs, but I use my Chase debit card for EVERYTHING..Amazon, other online purchases, at gas stations, etc. I haven’t had this happen with my Chase card in years. My choices are: go to the branch to get a card or wait 2-3 weeks to get it by mail. Yeah…2-3 weeks. I called the only number listed for Excite, and it is an 800 number that goes to a call center.... read more
