We recently completed our Heat Pump upgrade and would highly recommend ExchangEnergy. From the beginning dealing with Liam in the office with his knowledge of the equipment and ongoing support getting everything organized for us and set up with the right equipment for our needs. We recently had Mike come in to do an annual maintenance on our Daikin heat pump. He was excellent when he was here. I accompanied him during the inspection both downstairs and outside. He was friendly, thorough, efficient and explained everything and answered all my questions. Excellent service. Highly recommend Mike! After having problems with the company that installed my heat pump Mike has been amazing. We had problems with freezing and Mike diagnosed and fixed the problem confidently. Seldom have I met a more personable, patient and talented tradesman. I highly recommend this company and thank Mike for what he has done.
