Started coming here after I hurt my shoulder a little bit ago - everyone is super sweet and friendly! The staff was super accommodating for my crazy schedule & beyond helpful. Krista is AMAZING!!!! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care!
Dr. Krista Brennan at the Hoboken Exchange Physical Therapy Group is outstanding. In a little over a month after my left arm froze from C5-7 disk issues, she managed to bring back my previous range of motion. Her deep understanding of physiology manifests itself in her touch and her exercise routines sped up my recovery. This is my second time at the Hoboken EPTG in 3 years and I am not worried that if I ever need attention again, I will have a place to help me recover.
I would definitely recommend EPTG for anyone who needs physical therapy. They were encouraging, intentional, and extremely effective with their treatment. Not only did I see improvement every day that I had a session with Alex but everyone who works there was so nice creating a great atmosphere to get stronger.
I can’t say enough great things about EPTG uptown and their amazing staff! After my ACL/MCL surgery, I was nervous about the long road to recovery. Alex has been nothing short of a miracle worker. She tailored every session to my needs, always challenging me while making sure I felt confident and safe. I have had an amazing experience working with Hutch at the Uptown EPTG location! I came in with knee pain from an old injury and Hutch has helped eliminate the pain and improve the overall strength of my knee. His knowledge and attention to patient care are top tier and have allowed me to see a huge improvement in my knee strength. I am able to confidently exercise and feel great about doing it thanks to Hutch! The rest of staff is friendly and very helpful, and makes the location a warm and welcoming environment!
